Simple terms
Cancel any time
Month to month, no contract. Reply "cancel" and you won't be billed again. If you pay by PayPal subscription, you can also cancel it yourself in PayPal.
Published or refunded
If we don't deliver a month's articles (published, or sent as documents when we don't have access), we refund that month.
90-day keep-working promise
If the articles we publish get zero Google impressions within 90 days (with Search Console connected), we keep working for free until they do.
Questions
Will Google penalise AI-written articles?
Google's spam policy targets pages made "without adding value for users", however they're written. We write for your customers, check every fact against a source, keep volume sensible, and you can review drafts before anything goes live.
Why 12 articles a month and not 30?
We'd rather publish 12 articles that are researched, correct and genuinely useful than 30 generic ones you'd have to fix. Google's spam policy warns against generating many pages "without adding value for users", so more isn't automatically better.
Do you build backlinks?
No. We don't do link swaps, link networks or paid links. Those are exactly what Google's link-spam policy describes. We focus on articles worth linking to and citing.
How fast will I see results?
Usually weeks to months, and it depends on your site and your competitors. We won't promise a ranking or a date. Your monthly report shows exactly what is and isn't moving.
How do you check whether ChatGPT mentions me?
For the free check, we ask ChatGPT and Perplexity a fixed set of questions your customers would ask and record whether you, or competitors, are named or linked. The monthly report adds Gemini. AI answers vary from day to day, so every result is dated.
I don't use WordPress, Shopify or Webflow.
No problem. We send each article as a ready-to-paste document with the title, meta description and images.
Can I review articles before they go live?
Yes. Your first three go in as drafts. After that we can keep using drafts or publish automatically, whichever you prefer.
Who owns the articles?
You do, including after you cancel.
What access do you need?
An editor login for your blog (or a document hand-off), plus optional read-only access to Google Search Console for the report. We never need your passwords for anything else.
