Privacy policy

CiteMonthly is a small service run by one person, Rei. This page explains, plainly, what we do with your information.

What we collect

Only what you send us: for example your name, email address, website and message when you use the free-check form or email us, and the details needed to do the work (such as an editor login you choose to give us).

Why we keep it

To reply to you and to provide the service. Nothing else.

What we never do

We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Services we use

The website is hosted on Netlify, and form messages are received through Netlify. Email goes through Gmail. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your full card details.

This website uses no tracking and no cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing citemonthly@gmail.com.
